Over four days, we bring together an exceptional group of leaders who come together to to learn, share and collaborate in a unique setting on Nantucket.

Our program takes place under a tent on the Nantucket harbor. We sit in the round to create a more intimate and engaged experience. We create many opportunities to engage with other attendees including meals, movement, and conversations
nantucket
Nantucket, “The Faraway Land”, as translated from the language of the native Wampanoag tribe is an island located 30 miles off the south coast of Cape Cod. It is a beautiful oasis of over 40% conservation land and enables all who visit to unplug and really engage.
TNP partners closely with the local community and we have several programs that enable the local community to participate in the annual gathering including our Islander Pass program, Volunteer opportunities and our high school Honorary Fellows program.

Throughout the four days we provide many opportunities to get to know other members of the TNP community.
Move to Learn
We believe moving is essential to learn to we have morning activities on Friday and Saturday including yoga, dance, dog walks and bootcamps.
Breaking Bread
Meals are shared throughout the weekend and we have a special beachside Fellows dinner on Friday night.
Music, Poetry and Art
Incorporated throughout the program including our famous Saturday night Hootenanny.
