Fellowships renew annually and the renewal registration fee will be due in full on or before November 30th of that year in order to secure a seat for the following year. Beginning on January 1st of the following year, renewals are not guaranteed. TNP will notify you before October 30th if there is any increase in the cost for renewing the fellowship for the next year. In the event that you do not wish your fellowship to renew, you must notify TNP in writing at the following email address: firstname.lastname@example.org by no later than October 30th and state your name and address and that you are not renewing your fellowship in the upcoming year.

Fellows registration may be transferred once during this three year term only if the following criteria are met: 1. Refusal of Transfer
TNP reserves the right in its sole discretion to refuse transfer requests even in the event the above terms are met. If a transfer is refused, TNP will refund a portion of the registration fee for the current fellowship year and the administrative fee will be waived. The amount of this refund will depend on the timing of the transfer. The refund will not exceed 50% of the original Fellowship registration fee.
If a Fellow is unable to attend the Main Event, the Fellow may carry forward the Fellowship, including its benefits, by one year (the subsequent year) by submitting a written request to carryover the fellowship at least four (4) weeks prior to the current year’s Main Event.
Carryover is allowable once every three years and may not be carried over beyond the next consecutive year.
If the Fellowship registration fee increases in the subsequent year the Fellow will be required to pay this increase within four (4) weeks of the Main Event.
Carryover requests received later than four (4) weeks before the commencement date of the current year’s Main Event will not be processed and no transfer will be granted.
